Customers upload images → Our system processes instantly → Digital files are delivered immediately. Similar to vectorizer.ai. All deliverables are DIGITAL FILES — no physical products are shipped.

2. Order Process (Instant)

• Client uploads reference image to our automated platform
• Our system processes the image instantly (seconds to minutes)
• Digital file is delivered IMMEDIATELY after processing
• Payment is processed via secure payment link
• Client downloads digital files instantly

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate reference images for processing
• Download and save final digital files immediately after delivery
• Files are available for 30 days on our platform

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the final digital output file
• We retain the right to display sample outputs in our portfolio
• We do NOT resell your custom digital files to others

5. Delivery Timeframe (Instant)

• Vector Art: INSTANT delivery (seconds to minutes)
• Digitizing: INSTANT delivery (seconds to minutes)
• Complex files: Within 1-2 hours maximum

6. Revisions

• Free revisions: 2 per order (submitted via platform)
• Additional revisions: $5 each

7. Cancellation

• Before processing starts: 100% refund
• After file generated: No refund (revisions offered instead)

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
